CRL Tilting Crate Handler is designed to carry and move heavy loads throughout the shop. Its Solid-Steel Construction offers a smooth operation with longer durability. It has extending support arms which extend 24" (610 mm) on either end, increasing the load capacity to 120" (3048 mm) wide. It comes with adjustable back support braces which offers changing in tilt angle and also increases the load carrying capacity. CRL Tilting Crate Handler minimizes the physical efforts and saves time too. It is mostly used in shops, warehouses etc. Technical specifications: wide: 40" (1016 mm) long: 72" (1829 mm) (with extensions retracted) high. 52" (1321 mm) Approximate shipping weight is 180 lbs. The CRL Tubular Aluminum Tilting Crate Handler can lean forward to lift crates like a common dolly then lean back on to its rollers for moving the crates throughout the shop. This Handler has extending support arms which extend 24" (610 mm) on either end, increasing the load capacity to 120" (3.05 m) wide. The back support braces are adjustable for changing the tilt angle of the handler to increase the load capacity. Designed to carry loads up to 60" (1.52 m) High and 4,000 lbs. (1814 kg) in Weight. This Handler measures 40" (1.02 m) wide, 72" (1.83 m) long (with extensions retracted), and 52" (1.32 m) high. Approximate shipping weight is 180 lbs. (82 kg). Ships dissembled F.O.B. the nearest CRL service center. Important Notes: CRATE SIZES MUST BE CONFIRMED BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND PRODUCT MANAGEMENT BEFORE ORDERING. EVEN THOUGH THIS CRATE HANDLER HAS A 4000LB CAPACITY, SOME CRATES CANNOT BE MOVED ON THIS DOLLY DUE TO THEIR OVERALL SIZE. UNLIKE THE MECHANICS OF A HAND TRUCK, THE LOAD CAN BE TILTED BACK TO ANY PRESET ANGLE BETWEEN 75 AND 45 DEGREES. THIS ALLOWS THE AB TO BE USED FOR CRATES UP TO 16-1/2 THICK. IT ALSO SOLVES THE PROBLEM OF A SHORT CRATE WITH A LOW CENTER OF GRAVITY. Follow manufacturers load limits and crate handling procedures. Failure to do so may result in operator injury.
