The CRL Hot Melt Butyl Gunning System is compact and versatile. Its unique pumping action eliminates entrapped air in the sealant. The pump has a 10 lbs. (4.53 kg) tank capacity with a temperature range from 100°F to 425°F. CRL Hot Melt Butyl can be added while gunning. An Eight-Foot Flexible Hose with variable 350° to 450°F temperature control is coupled with a lightweight, heated, hand gun which features a swivel and trigger lock action. The Cat. No. SS96 does not use compressed air, and operates quietly. The mechanical and electrical systems contain few moving parts, resulting in less down time and low maintenance operation.
