The AMZ200 Optional Coolant Pressure Tank is a highly recommended accessory for our Production Diamond Glass Drilling Machines. With this tank your Drill Machine becomes portable to any jobsite that normally does not have a water source. Not only does it provide you with a clean, reliable source of water, but it also gives the needed pressure to eject the glass cores from the drill, preventing them from getting stuck.
Included on the pressure tank delivery hose is a Male Disconnect Valve (Cat. No. MD), which allows speedy hook-up and delivery of your coolant. A small release lever located on this valve will disconnect the two parts. Also, located inside of each of these valves is an automatic shut-off which prevents unwanted leaking of coolant.
If you do a lot of on-site drilling and run into the problem of not having a readily available water supply, the Cat. No. AMZ200 is for you. Ready-to-use, this product can greatly reduce your down time and increase your production while on the job.
