The CRL Wood's Powered Rotating and Tilting Vacuum Lifting Frame is our top of the line choice when you need maximum ease in the manipulation of heavy loads. Built for high volume or high load capacity production lines the PRT89LAC attaches to the glass in approximately four seconds. The standard pad spread is 30 x 60 inches (762 x 1,524 millimeters) measured at the edge of the eight, nine inch (228 millimeter) vacuum cups. The unit itself weighs 600 pounds (272 kilograms) and has a load capacity of 1000 pounds (453 kilograms). 115 volt AC powered, rotational load movement is 360 Degree edgwise with an adjustable speed control for full turns between seven and thirty seconds. Full Tilting load movement takes fifteen seconds with a tilt duty rating of thirty tilts per hour.
Standard equipment includes a green safe lift light, removable controls pendant, vacuum reserve tank, vacuum line filter, spring mounted pads and a twist lock electrical plug.
Optional features are also available on special order including enhanced power tilt with speed control, 12 volt DC backup vacuum system, removable outer pad arms, vacuum loss warning buzzer, individual pad shutoffs and telescoping pad arms.
Powr Lifting Frames for Rent
CRL now offers large Power Lifting Frames on a week to week rental basis. Customers are responsible for all common carrier freight charges and may require to provide a security deposit. Usage time is based on a one week minimum and begins on the day the frame arrives at the customer. Rental billing ends on the day the frame is shipped back to the manufacturer.   • Customers are responsible for both freight in and out, and must ship the frame back packed in the same manner and condition as it arrived.
  • Rentals can only be made to open account CRL customers with current account balances and available credit.
  • Customer must maintain and operate frames as per the manufacturer's instructions for use. Damage to, or loss of the frame are the responsibility of the customer. Only a few of these rental frames are available, so advanced reservations are necessary. The manufacturer's engineers will contact the customer to confirm the frame being rented is appropriate for a safe and effective lift.
