The CRL Low-E Glass Detector senses the presence (or absence) and location of thermally resistant coatings used on single strength and double strength energy efficient glass, maximum air space of 1/2" (12.7 mm). This helps to ensure windows are manufactured correctly. Simple indicator lights check clear, near, or far surfaces. One 9 Volt battery is included.
