CRL Titan T1000 Urethane is a high quality adhesive that passes or exceeds the requirements of U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards 208, 212, 216 and OEM specifications. With over 1,000 psi of tensile strength at ultimate cure and 550 psi lap shear, Titan T1000 is one of the safest and easiest to use urethanes offered for the aftermarket. CRL now offers this competitively priced product, with features that you normally find in higher priced urethane adhesives, easy gunning without stringy cutoff, fast curing and high viscosity. For the best possible installation, we recommend you always follow the CRL Urethane preparation sequence: Use PWR22 Automotive Glass Cleaner on the bonding area of the glass to remove any contamination. Prime the frit and/or molding with GP60 Glass and Molding Primer and prime any bare metal scratches with W1P40 Pinchweld Primer. Do not apply to old urethane. By using both of these products, the strongest possible bond will be attained.

This Urethane should not be used with primers or glass conditioners from other urethane systems. Do not store at temperatures in excess of 75 DegreeF (24 DegreeC). If urethane is mechanically warmed in excess of 95 DegreeF (35 DegreeC) for a cold weather installation, it then must be used the same day.
