This CRL LED Name Tag With a Programmable Display is a real attention getter. The bright red scrolling display on our LED (Light Emitting Diode) Name Tag can be easily programmed with the wearer's name, or with any message of up to 120 characters in length. It comes with everything you need to plug it into you PC and create a bight, active message that demands to be seen. We've tried it at trade shows and in our showrooms, and it really catches the eye.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Each Badge Kit will come with an LED Badge, Batteries, Data Cable, and CD-ROM.
To program the badge follow these steps:

  • Insert the CD-ROM in your CD-ROM drive and run the SETUP.EXE file
  • Attach the included data cable to the SERIAL PORT on the back of the computer
  • Insert the battery into the badge with the "+" side facing away from the badge (if done correctly the badge will light up immediately)
  • Attach the other end of the data cable to the connector on the LED badge
  • Locate the Shortcut on your PC Desktop labeled LED and open the application
  • From the Application they can enter any message up to 120 characters max. You can also adjust the scroll speed.
  • To turn off the badge, simply hold down the red button located on the back of the badge until the display turns off. Repeat to turn on the badge.
