The CRL AMZ228 Coolant Retaining Ring is unlike others available. It features a drain tube that allows your coolant to be recycled to a collection container, minimizing waste. This prevents an overflow of water onto your work surface and shop floor. It also provides a consistent flow of coolant through your water chuck a tall times, providing proper cooling and core ejection while drilling.
NOTE: The AMZ1 Drill needs to be received at our Los Angeles Headquarters (at the customer's expense) before any replacement parts will be distributed. CRL Manufacturing will evaluate the drill at no charge to the customer. This is necessary to assure the proper replacement part(s) are selected due to advanced modifications to the machine over the years. After evaluation the correct part(s) will be identified and the part(s) and drill can be returned via the local service center for assembly by the customer. A price quote is also available for assembly by CRL Manufacturing. Important Notes: Always wear the proper safety gear and observe all machine use cautions when drilling glass.
