The CRL Drill Adapter allows you to use a Belgian Thread Drill in a shank (straight jaw) type machine. The CRL ADTS Adapter threads onto a Belgian Type Drill leaving you a 3/8" (10 mm) diameter straight shank to fit into the jaws of your drill machine's chuck.
It is hand made; turned on a lathe, by hand, from a solid piece of stainless steel. A truly unique tool designed exclusively for CRL.
Product Warning:
Always wear the proper safety gear including gloves and eye protection when drilling glass. Work should be performed on a flat, horizontal surface. A Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter must be used when using any type of electric tool in conjunction with water or coolant. Failure to follow any of these precautions can result in operator injury.
