Single Sliding Door Wall Mount Installation Assembly

The CRL Laguna Series Wall Mount Single Slider Kit contains all the components you will need (except the tempered glass) to complete this style of installation. This model is used in applications where you are attaching a single sliding door to the inside face of a sufficiently reinforced wall. This kit contains everything you need for installation except the glass.
The Anti-Lift Sliding Door Top Rollers can be attached to the glass with either Surface Mount or Flush Mount Fittings (both are supplied). The Rollers have a 1/8" (3.2 mm) up or down vertical adjustment to aid in door alignment. This system should only be used with 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) tempered glass. Laminated glass cannot be used.
Installation tools required: Allen wrenches (2.5mm, 3mm and 4mm); LSSW1 Laguna socket wrench adapter; 1/4" socket wrench; 24231 Loctite blue threadlocker; RTV408C clear neutral-cure silicone; electric drill; tape measure; level; #1 Phillips screwdriver; pencil or other marking tool.
Care instructions: clean the stainless steel with CRL841 Stainless Steel Polish & Cleaner, which makes cleaning, polishing and protecting stainless steel easily. This product leaves behind an invisible protective coating that not only preserves the factory finish, but resists fingerprints and water spots. Wipe glass clean with a lint-free wipe such as CRL's Lint-Free Glass Wipes, 1550. To provide long-lasting protection to the glass itself, we recommend the two-step application of the CRL 6k system: an application of 6k Pre-Clean Solution, PC6025; and an application of 6k Protectant Formula, 6K6025. When properly applied to glass, the 6k system's durable protection lasts up to 3 years.
