The CRL TOYO® Power Breaker Set for Thick Glass easily runs scores in glass ranging from 1/2" to 3/4" (12 to 19 mm) thick. This tool features replaceable, adjustable nylon pressure pads along the top bar and a replaceable nylon pressure cap on the bottom. Simply spread the pressure pads as far apart as the glass score allows, align the pressure cap directly under the score and squeeze. The 19:1 power ratio gently snaps and runs the score. Vinyl dipped handles assure a positive, comfortable grip.
The Power Breaker Set includes a heavy-duty, pistol-grip oil cutter mounted with a 153 degree cutting head. This cutter employs the latest Tap Wheel® cutting technology, which helps to drive the score deeper into the glass. The deeper score allows the Power Breaker Tool to deliver a nearly flare free break even in 3/4" (19 mm) glass. Important Notes: Always wear the proper safety gear including eye protection when cutting, running and breaking glass. Failure to do so can result in injury.
