This CRL Sliding Patio Door Roller has two 1-1/2 inch (38.1 millimeter) diameter steel ball bearing rollers. This housing is identical to the D1988 Roller. The rollers are smaller in diameter allowing this roller housing assembly to have a minimum collapsed height of 1-1/4" (31.8 millimeters). This shorter overall height is necessary for some door applications where there is very little door top rail to header clearance preventing the door from being lifted off of the track high enough to allow the D1988 to be installed. The steel housing assembly is 11/16 inch (17.5 millimeter) wide and one inch (25.4 millimeters) tall.
