CRL Jackson® Model 2086E Electric Rod Retraction Concealed Vertical Rod Panic Exit Devices are UL Listed, and manufactured in the Jackson® tradition of high quality and durability. They are suitable for use with narrow, medium, and wide stile aluminum doors. These devices are handed - not reversible, and feature dual point hex bolt latching, fail secure operation, remote locking and unlocking capability for use with card readers, key pads etc., motorized latch retraction, electronic dogging, and "Soft Touch" smooth quiet action push pad. They are available in Dark Bronze and Satin Aluminum anodized finishes. Devices will fit 48" (1.22 m) wide doors, and can be cut down to fit a 36" (914 mm) opening. For doors over 84" (2.13 m) order an lightweight Aluminum Top Rod Extender: 12" Cat. No. 301347A or 24" Cat. No. 301348A. Optional keyed cylinder dogging uses a 1-1/8" Mortise Cylinder such as Cat. No. DC7185SCKADU (ordered separately). Keyed entry may be provided by ordering and installing a standard 1" Mortise Cylinder such as Cat. No. DL2170SCKDDU with AR MS type cam, along with a Cylinder Mounting Pad such as Cat. No. 30821J313. Keyed access is also available with Jackson® Model 8500LV Outside Lever Trim such as Cat. No. 8500LV02313.
