CRL 2200 4" x 106" Wet Abrasive Belt Sander without Roller Platen

Streamlined styling, rugged construction and the affordable price makes our CRL Upright Wet Belt Sander without Platen ideal for use by glass fabricators and processors. The CRL Wet Belt Sander is designed to use the most popular size 4 x 106" (101.6 x 2692.4 mm) wet or dry abrasive belts to sand edges to the desired finish. The CRL Cat. No. PA100, Platen Adapter (sold separately) is available and used for mounting a variety of optional platens to the 2200.
Features of the 2200 Sanding Machine include direct drive, one H.P., 60 cycle, and a 110 Volt AC Motor 5" (127 mm) Diameter Drive Pulley. Motor can be wired for 220 Volts at an additional cost.
Our New CRL 2200SS Belt Guard Safety Shield helps protect the operator in the event of accidental belt breakage. To solve the problem of water tank spray corrosion, we have replaced the steel tank with a non-rusting Polypropylene Water Tank. Securely fastened with six mounting bolts, the tank is trimmed with rugged U-Channel.

No. CRL4X10680X 80X Grit Rough Finish, but other grits from 36X (super coarse) to 600X (super fine) are available for this machine, along with cork belts for high polishing.

Always wear the proper safety gear; ES15030, ES285X when using any type of power tool. A ground fault circuit interrupt GF1 should be used with any type of wet working electric tool. At least two people are required to lift this machine off of the truck. This machine includes PA100 Adaptor only. No Support Rollers or Platens are included. Machine is wired for 110V AC. A 220V Machine can be special ordered or customer can rewire standard 110V machine at their own expense. NOTE: The Water Delivery System is designed for standard municipal water pressure. Low pressure submersible pumps may not provide enough pressure to properly cool and clean the Abrasive Belts.
