This CRL Sash Balance has a stamped steel casing with steel cable lifters. Each balance has the counter balance strength stamped into the casing face; match this to the weight range chart at the right. Each cable is designed to extend 40" (1.02 m). Mortise slot cutout dimensions and slot location. One sash balance with attaching hardware per package.
NOTE: Never use a balance on sash that is heavier than the listed capacity of the balance. For sash heavier than 12 pounds (5.4 kg), CRL offers Cat. Nos. H3869 and H3870.
