The CRL Horizontal Wet Belt Sander is good for grinding vase bottoms or pottery. It uses standard 4" x 106" (102 mm x 2.69 m) wet/dry abrasive belts that are driven directly by a one horsepower, single phase motor. The Steel Pulleys and Tightening Device are taken from the CRL Cat No. 2200RP Vertical 106" Machine design. Water is sprayed onto the belt to keep heat and grinding dust down. There is a Flat Platen behind the belt at the drive end of the tank.
