CRL's Traditional Diamond Belts have a cloth or paper backing, but 3M®'s Diamond Belts use metal bond technology to securely anchor micron-graded industrial diamonds to a premium, flexible film backing material. As a result, this unique system provides a superior, uniform surface to coat with micron-graded diamonds in a pattern that promotes both aggressive cutting action and reduced grinding loads.

Longer Life: Diamonds are a much harder material than any other abrasive product. Diamonds wear but do not dull since they cut rather than scratch.
Fewer Belt Changes: The longer life span of a diamond belt means fewer changes and less downtime.
Precise and Consistent: Achieve the same speed and quality of cut from the first piece of glass to the last, regardless of glass thickness.
Fast and Reliable: Cutting rather than scratching removes more glass faster than conventional silicon carbide belts, and with much more consistent results.

60 Grit - N250 - Green
120 Grit - N125 - Black
180 Grit - N74 - Red
360 Grit - N40 - Yellow
NOTE: N74 is standard grit but other grits and sizes available on special order.
