The CRL Super Cinch Windshield Repair System offers the windshield repair market a newly developed way to perform windshield repairs. The CRL Cinch has several features not found with any other kit. It allows you to draw a dry vacuum on the repair free of a resin pool so that the air and moisture is evacuated without contaminating the resin. The outer chamber of Super Cinch creates a 28 inch vacuum supplied by a modified Wood's Pump over the repair area, thus removing moisture and air from the void. The resin chamber inside the vacuum chamber is then lowered into position over the repair without losing the vacuum. The resin is then hydraulically pushed into the vacuum void and flows readily into the repair cavity. Retraction of the resin chamber creates an additional vacuum cycle and, with a final hydraulic pressure cycle, the repair is complete.
All types of repairs are completed much quicker than typical resin-on-glass repair systems, including bullººs eye, daisy, star, and combination breaks. The medium viscosity resin is thick enough to remain in place even on vertical surfaces, such as bus and RV windows.
There are two versions of the Super Cinch System, the Basic Kit, which will perform about 100 repairs, and the Deluxe Kit, that can make up to 300 repairs. Both contain the tools and supplies required to make successful repairs that will meet your customerººs requirements and approval. The Super Cinch Tool and Bridge only with one ounce bottle of resin, two needle caps and a 1/2 ounce bottle for solvent is available on special order.
