You can get a perfect diamond-ground finish in a wide range of sizes and shapes using the CRL 1/2" Diamond Plated Countersink Router Bit. This medium grit diamond countersink bit is ideal for all of your routing applications where a chamfer is needed. The 1/4" (6.4 mm) shank fits perfectly in our ADR2T router systems and others that have matching fractional collets. Diamond coolant should be directed at the inward rotation of the diamond router bit where it contacts the glass. Ideal operating speed is 8,000 RPM.
