You can get a perfect diamond ground finish in a wide range of sizes and shapes using the CRL Diamond Router Bit. The 1/4" (6.4 mm) shank fits perfectly in our router systems and others that have matching fractional collets. DTC80 GL Diamond coolant should be used and directed at the contact point of inward rotation of the glass and diamond router bit.
