The 3/8" Square Autoglass Butyl Tape is a sealant tape designed for automotive glass installation. This tape features a square shape with dimensions of 3/8" width and 3/8" thickness. It is supplied in a 15 ft roll length. The butyl tape is compressible and tacky, intended for creating seals in automotive glass applications. It is designed to maintain its position within the pinchweld during installation. This tape is black in color and provides a positive bond on contact. It has an unlimited shelf life when stored properly. It is suitable for use in automotive glass repair and replacement tasks where butyl tape is specified.
