The ROFU 1400-05G electric strike is a fail-secure device designed for controlled access systems, suitable for commercial and residential applications. This non-handed strike operates on 12VAC or 12VDC power, offering continuous duty when powered by direct current and intermittent duty (not exceeding 10 seconds) with alternating current. Constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, it provides a static strength of 1400 pounds and is rated for 500,000 cycles. It features a 5/8-inch keeper depth and supports a maximum latch projection of 3/4 inch with a 1/8-inch door gap. The strike body has an overall depth of 1.50 inches and complies with ANSI/BHMA A156.5 standards.
