Product Overview
The ROFU 1400 Series electric strike, model 1402-05 US10B, is a fail-secure locking device designed for access control systems, remaining locked when power is lost. It operates on 12VAC/VDC. The strike features an anodized aluminum ANSI size faceplate in an Oil Rubbed Bronze finish (US10B), measuring 1-1/4" x 4-7/8". It has a static holding strength of 1400 lbs (635 kg) and a dynamic impact strength of 70 foot-pounds. The corrosion-resistant unit is reversible and non-handed, suitable for installation in hollow metal, aluminum, or wood frames, and is compatible with mortise and cylindrical locksets. The keeper depth accommodates a 5/8" maximum latch projection with 1/8" door/frame clearance, allowing for up to a 3/4" latch projection. Certified to ANSI A156.31 Grade 1 and UL 1034, it has an endurance rating of 500,000 cycles and comes with a 36-month limited warranty.
