Product Overview
The National Guard Products (NGP) 16DKB 42 Rain Drip Guard is designed to deflect water away from exterior door headers, door bottoms, and window frames, preventing moisture infiltration. Constructed from durable 6063 T5 aluminum alloy, this guard features a 2-1/2" wide projection and is 1-1/2" tall. The 42" long unit is finished with dark bronze anodized aluminum, providing superior corrosion resistance and color stability under UV exposure. Installation is achieved via surface mounting using the included six 3/4" stainless steel sheet metal screws, with slotted holes allowing for precise adjustment. This product is BHMA certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.22 for heat and cold performance, and its anodized finish complies with ANSI/BHMA 313. Optional Fast Attach Tape (FATT) is available for enhanced adhesive mounting.
