The National Guard Products (NGP) 16A rain drip guard is a surface-mounted weatherstrip constructed from 6063 T5 temper aluminum alloy. It features a 2-1/2 inch wide by 1-1/2 inch tall profile and measures 48 inches in length, finished in dark bronze anodized. Designed to prevent water infiltration, this drip strip diverts rain away from door bottoms or overhead door frames. Installation is facilitated by slotted screw holes for adjustment, and it comes furnished with six #6 x 3/4 inch stainless steel sheet metal screws. An optional Fast Attach Tape (FATT) is available. The 16A series is BHMA Certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.22 standards, UL10C Fire Rated for positive pressure, and UL1784 Smoke Rated as gasketing material for fire doors.
