Product Overview
The ROFU 1700-01G is an electric strike designed for high-security access control systems, suitable for integration with cylindrical and mortise door locks in aluminum, hollow metal, or wood frames. This fail-secure device remains locked during power failures, unlocking only when electrical current is applied. It operates on a dual-voltage input of 8-16 VAC or 3-6 VDC, with continuous duty for VDC and intermittent duty (not to exceed 10 seconds) for VAC. The strike features a 1000 lb static holding force and includes an adjustable keeper, allowing for 1/4" vertical adjustment to compensate for door misalignment and various latch projections. It has a current draw of 0.3-0.8A, 16 Ohms resistance, and is cycle tested to 500,000 operations. It comes with a 3-year limited warranty.
