Product Overview
The ROFU 1700 Series electric strike model 1702-01-US28 is a fail-secure access control device, meaning it remains locked when power is removed, ideal for security applications. It features an adjustable keeper with 1/4" vertical adjustment to compensate for door misalignment or warpage. This electric strike has a 1-1/4" x 4-7/8" faceplate made from anodized aluminum and is suitable for installation in hollow metal, aluminum, or wood door frames. It operates on 8-16 VAC for intermittent duty or 3-6 VDC for continuous use and is non-handed for versatile installation. The unit provides a 1000 lb static strength (tamper strength) and has been cycle tested to 500,000 operations. It comes in a US28 satin aluminum clear anodized finish.
