CRL 18" Glass Tongs is used when plate glass stored in slot racks. Tongs features with rubber linings to prevent glass from scratch and mar. Glass tongs are long enough to provide a firm and comfortable grip on glass and keep it safe from breakage while transportation. One end of the Tongs is hooked to give you a better grip when pulling sheets out of your rack. Overall length is 18" (457 mm) and they are made from Drop-Forged Steel. CRL Glass Tongs are almost a necessity when working with plate glass stored in slot racks. These tongs have rubber lining the jaws so they don't scratch or mar your glass while using them. The extra-long handles give you a firm grip on the glass and provide an extra safety margin in the event of sheet breakage. One end of the Tongs is hooked to give you a better grip when pulling sheets out of your rack. Overall length is 18" (457 mm) and they are made from Drop-Forged Steel.
