Product Overview
The National Guard Products 200N Series Neoprene Door Sweep (MPN: 200NDKB 42) is designed for surface application to the bottom face of doors, preventing the infiltration of air, sound, smoke, insects, and water. It is constructed from aluminum alloy 6063, T5 temper, with a black neoprene seal made from a synthetic rubber polymer blend of Chloroprene and EPDM. This material provides excellent abrasion resistance, tensile strength, memory, and is flame and moisture resistant. The sweep operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -20°F to 200°F and offers good resistance to ozone, sunlight, and aging. This 42-inch dark bronze door sweep features slotted screw holes for precise adjustment and is furnished with #6 x 3" stainless steel sheet metal screws. It is BHMA certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.22 for performance tests, including heat, cold, air infiltration, and smoke infiltration, and is UL listed to CAN/ULC-S104, ANSI/UL10B, and ANSI/UL10C for fire door applications.
