You can get a perfect diamond ground finish in a wide range of sizes and shapes using the CRL 220 Grit Diamond Router Bit. This fine grit diamond bit is great for trimming the top and bottom seam and to have a finely ground surface. The 1/4" (6.4 mm) shank fits perfectly in our Glass Router Systems and others that have matching fractional size collets. Diamond coolant such as CRL DTC80GL should be used and directed at the contact point of inward rotation of the glass and diamond router bit. Ideal operating speed is 8,000 RPM.
