The 48" Door Shoe is a door bottom accessory designed for architectural doors to provide sealing against air and smoke. Constructed from anodized aluminum and vinyl, this door shoe features a 234 series design with a 1/2" height and 1-3/16" width. It is suitable for doors with a thickness of 1-1/4" or larger. The unit includes an Eco-V insert in gray, which provides a recommended compression of 1/16" for the gasket fins. This door shoe is tested for air infiltration and smoke control in accordance with UL1784 and NFPA 105-99 standards. It is also fire rated under UL10C positive pressure and carries a cUL 4L10 listing, along with GREENGUARD Gold certification.
