LAP If a closer is needed for replacement the arm cover cement case top pivot and floor plate are omitted. For interior or exterior doors. Weight up to 200 lbs and door sizes up to 4'0 x 8'6. Centering arm with adjustment screws in face of door (critical for double acting). Adjustable closing speed valves for each direction of door swing. Mechanism returns door to center. Auxiliary door stop required overhead or floor type. Available with floor plate or theshold installation. Steel cement case. Standard top pivot #340 included. Not allowed for fire-rated doors. Furnished with wood and machine screws. ANSI/C06012
