Product Overview
The Brushed Stainless 1-1/4" Diameter Standoff Cap Assembly is designed for use with 1-1/4" standoff bases to create displays, furniture, or signage. Constructed from 316 stainless steel, this cap assembly is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. It features a round profile and a 1-1/4" diameter. The assembly includes a 1" long, 5/16-18 thread size screw for installation. Panels require 5/8" holes for assembly. Each assembly consists of one cap, one 1" Allen screw, two washers, and one vinyl sleeve. The cap is tightened into the base using a standoff wrench. This component is compatible with monolithic tempered glass. The brushed stainless steel finish provides a clean aesthetic. To maintain the factory finish of the 316 stainless steel, periodic maintenance is recommended. Due to the diversity of applications, weight limitations for standoff systems are dependent upon wall or substrate anchoring and material strengths.
