Product Overview

CRL Plated Diamond Flat-Tip Drills are to be used in hand-held Dremel , Foredom or small precision drill presses. Diamond is plated on flexible music wire. Tripple-Ripple Drills have twice the life and cutting rate of our Flat-Tip Drills. The Tripple-Ripple Diamond Drill has three flutes to allow cuttings to flush away, and decrease frontal contact and drag. As the edges wear, fresh diamond in the flutes maintain the cutting action.
NOTE: Always submerge in CRL Diamond Tool Coolant Solution to prevent overheating and prolong tool life.
Product Warning:
Always wear the proper safety gear including eye protection when drilling glass. Work should be performed on a flat, horizontal surface. A Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter must be used when using any type of electric tool in conjunction with water or coolant. Failure to follow any of these precautions can result in operator injury.
