Product Overview
The 36" Door Shoe is a door bottom accessory designed for architectural doors to provide sealing against air and smoke. Constructed from anodized aluminum and vinyl, this door shoe features a 234 series design with a 1/2" height and 1-3/16" width. It is suitable for doors with a thickness of 1-1/4" or larger. The unit includes an Eco-V insert in gray, which provides a recommended compression of 1/16" for the gasket fins. This door shoe is tested for air infiltration and smoke control in accordance with UL1784 and NFPA 105-99 standards. It is also fire rated under UL10C positive pressure and carries a cUL 4L10 listing, along with GREENGUARD Gold certification. The design incorporates slotted holes to allow for adjustment during installation. Steel fasteners are included to secure the door shoe to the door bottom.
