3M 14011 360L Series Abrasive Disc Roll, 6 in Dia, P220 Grit, PSA, Purple

3M™ Stikit™ film disc roll 360L are constructed of aluminum oxide abrasive grain on a film backing and work well for fine sanding on plastics, gel coats and polyurethane solid surface substrates. Our discs feature a sturdy film backing that provides the durability needed for a high production environment and offer excellent resistance to edge tearing to increase the life of the disc over discs with standard A-weight paper backings. At the same time, the film backing provides a close tolerance, consistent finish, making it a good choice for applications such as spot repairs, sanding plastic parts, paint feathering on defects or sanding automotive primer. To help reduce loading on the disc, the disc has open coat construction without a load-resistant stearate coating. The Stikit™adhesive on the backing conveniently attaches the disc to a low-profile 3M™ Stikit™ disc pad on a random orbital sander. 3M™ Stikit™ film disc roll 360L comes in a range of grades for various applications from fine sanding to finishing.
3M Stikit coated 360L PSA disc roll uses aluminum oxide as the abrasive material and has a diameter of 6 in. 3M incorporates this aluminum oxide material into the PSA disc roll forming a grit of P220. This item is on a film backing, 3 mil weight.
