Our 3M™ Hookit™ blue abrasive sheet rolls 321U delivers best in class performance at every stage of paint prep and body repair. Premium aluminum oxide mineral is blended with ceramic grain for a full range of automotive sanding jobs. A specially designed multi-hole pattern captures dust, reduces loading and extends sheet life. Perforated Hookit™ sheets are easily sized to reduce product waste.
3M Hookit sanding sheet roll uses ceramic aluminum oxide as the abrasive material. 3M incorporates this ceramic aluminum oxide material into the sanding sheet roll forming a grit of 180. The hook & loop attachment allows for easy mounting to the tool or pad. The sanding sheet roll has a width of 2.75 in and length of 13 yd.

The most common standards for grit size are the United States CAMI (Coated Abrasive Manufacturers Institute) and the European FEPA (Federation of European Producers of Abrasives). A smaller grit number means larger particles and a coarser grade, while high number grits are used for finer work. Grit is generally a unitless measure but is sometimes measured in microns.
