3M 4200FC white adhesive/sealant is compatible with acrylic, epdm, fiberglass, glass, metal, nylon, plastic, vinyl and wood materials with a 24 hr cure time. Provides a 60 min fixture time. Delivers great performance with tensile strength of 300 psi. Minimum to maximum operating temperatures are -40 F to +190 F. Comes in a 3 oz Cartridge. Since most polyurethane adhesives cure quickly, dispensing machines are ideal in these applications. Light curing adhesives require light sources within specific wavelengths to cure where the strength of the light source affects cure time. Depending on the particular adhesive, temperature and humidity greatly increases or decreases the actual cure time. Many acrylic adhesives cure quicker than epoxies.
