Product Overview
Our 3M™ Panel bonding adhesive is a cost-effective two-part epoxy adhesive for bonding replacement body panels. From its fast, convenient cartridge system the adhesive seals and bonds steel, aluminum, SMC, and FRP securely in a single operation.
Composition:
30 to 60% 4,4' Aliphatic Polymer Diamine, 10 to 30% Fused Silica, 7 to 20% Butadiene Acrylonitrile Polymer, 7 to 13% Alkyl Amines, 5 to 10% Tris(2,4,6-Dimethylaminomonomethyl)Phenol, 3 to 7% Bis(3-Aminopropyl) Ether Of Diethylene Glycol, 3 to 7% Poly(Oxypropylene)Diamine, 1 to 5% Calcium Nitrate, 1 to 5% Dimethyl Siloxane, Reaction Product With Silica, 0.1 to 1.5% Bis[(Dimethylamino)Methyl]Phenol, 0.1 to 1.5% N-Aminoethylpiperazine, 0.5 to 1.5% Poly(Oxypropylene)Triamine, < 0.5% Toluene
