CRL 4" x 106" wet abrasive 110 volt belt sander with roller platen is a heavy duty renowned machine that provides reliability, versatility and durability and fulfills all glass grinding and polishing requirements. Machine is equipped with a flat plate and it uses standard 4" x 106" abrasive belts. Its rugged construction and innovative design are ideal for use by glass fabricators and processors. It can be used to produce the desired finish for different surfaces. This machine features rust proof, water tank of high density polyethylene materials. The electric water valve keeps the belt wet during the functioning of the machine. The water delivery system is specially designed for use with a standard city water supply. The belt auto-tensioning system is simple and reliable. North American models include a direct drive, one h.p., 60 cycle, 1725 rpm, 110-volt ac motor and a 5" (127 mm) diameter drive pulley. Sander can be wired for 220 volts at an additional cost. This device must be operated with proper safety gears. Combine the rugged construction and innovative design of the 106" (2.69 m) Belt Machine and the streamlined CRL 2200 Belt Sander and you have the CRL 2200RP 4" x 106" (102 mm x 2.69 m) Wet Abrasive Belt Sander. More affordable and packed with solid engineering, the 2200RP Wet Belt Sander is ideal for use by glass fabricators and processors, and it's still designed to use industry standard 4" x 106" (102 mm x 2.69 m) belts.
North American models include a direct drive, one H.P., 60 cycle, 1725 RPM, 110 Volt AC Motor and a 5" (127 mm) diameter Drive Pulley. Sander can be wired for 220 volts at an additional cost. An Electric Water Valve keeps the belts wet during sanding, and the Water Delivery System is designed for use with a standard city water supply. This machine now features a rust proof HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Water Tank that won't chip or dent, and comes with a urethane covered Roller Platen and a Front Rest Guide Bar as standard equipment.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Always wear the proper safety gear when using any type of power tool. Cat. No. GF1 Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt Device should be used with any type of wet-working electric tool.
