Product Overview

Building on industry-proven, rugged construction of our top-selling 2200RP Belt Sander including, a durable urethane roller platen, front rest guide bar and thick-walled steel tank, CRL's 2300RP's upgrades combine to produce a more durable and quieter running machine. The spine has been strengthened to a one-piece 3" x 6" tubular steel channel. We have relocated the water spray solenoid to the rear of the motor, protecting it from freight and handling damage and upgraded the tensioning system with a heavy-duty expansion spring, hinge and ratcheting lever which provides a more constant positive belt pressure, easier belt alignment and a quieter running machine. Packed with solid engineering, the 2300RP Wet Belt Sander is ideal for use by glass fabricators and processors, and it is still designed to use industry standard 4" x 106" (102 mm x 2.69 m) belts.
