BRK Brands model 7010LBL is a wire-in, 120-VOLT AC/DC with 10-Year Lithium Battery Backup photoelectric smoke alarm specifically designed for residential and institutional applications including sleeping rooms of hospitals, hotel/motels, dormitories and other multi-family dwellings. Eliminate battery replacements and reduce maintenance costs for an entire decade. 7010LBL has a factory-locked backup battery compartment in which residents cannot tamper with or remove. Properties remain protected without additional maintence for the facilities maintenance team. This unit can be interconnected with up to 18 devices and has unique features which easily identify an initiating alarm even after alarm condition has subsided. Connection to AC power is made with a "quick-connect" wiring harness so installing process is quick, easy and cost effective.
