Your CRL Vacuum Lifter might be one of your most valuable tools, but like any other frequently used item it can wear out or become damaged. Your options at this point are to replace it (costly), or repair it (time-consuming). CRL offers an alternative that saves both time and money - the CRL Exchange Lifter Program. You send us your CRL "S" Series Vacuum Lifter, and we replace it with a factory refurbished lifter at a price that beats buying a new one, and is comparable (and quicker) than having it repaired. We perform this service at each of our conveniently located service centers, reducing turnaround and shipping times. Here's how easy it is to exchange your worn CRL Vacuum Lifters for like-new refurbished vacuum lifters:
• Send your old CRL vacuum lifter to your nearest CRL service center location OR if you are a Will Call customer, you can bring your worn out vacuum lifters to any CRL service center. (Your old lifter does not require the carrying case to be returned for the exchange).
• Your refurbished CRL Vacuum Lifter can be picked up directly at the CRL service center or we can ship the exchange lifter back to you via UPS. In order to qualify for the Exchange Program, you must send or bring in your old lifter to receive a refurbished vacuum lifter. Important Notes: NOTICE: This is not a new lifter, rather a used lifter that has been refurbished to work like new. It requires the exchange of an equal S108 Vacuum Lifter.
