This CRL Counter Balanced Tilting Cutting Table is constructed of heavy gauge steel, electrically welded and painted. A full 3/4" smooth particle board table top and carpet with adhesive is included. A 3HP Blower provides pressurized air to 16 Air check outlets to float glass up to 3/8" thick. Manual Glass Breaker Bar located on center of the Y Axis (8' side). Table uses 7.6 amps of 3 phase, 60 cycle, 230 volt AC power.
All tables are custom built with tops pre-fitted and drilled. Tables are then disassembled and crated for shipping. Table top and carpet requires minimal assembly. All tables have casters and are equipped with floor locks and retractable wooden shoes. The manually operated table is noted for its ease of operation. Counter-balance mechanism is designed for one person handling of large lites of glass. Tables are shipped knocked down without counterbalance weights. (Cement blocks or bricks are used for counterbalancing.)
