Product Overview
Accu-Lube LB-5000 is a Moderate Duty Minimum Quantity Lubricant (MQL) formulated for metalworking applications. This non-staining, vegetable-based lubricant is designed for machining and sawing operations on both non-ferrous and ferrous metals, including aluminum, preventing the need for cleaning before heat treatment. It works by delivering a precise, minimal amount of lubricant to the cutting zone, which reduces friction and heat, extends tool life, and improves the surface finish of the workpiece. The blue liquid lubricant features a mild odor, 18 cSt viscosity, and a flash point of 374°F. It is biodegradable and non-toxic, manufactured from renewable raw materials, and comes in a 1-gallon jug. The product meets ISO 9001, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200, and HMIS 0/1/0/B standards
