The Accu-Lube LB-6000 is a light viscosity Minimum Quantity Lubricant (MQL) designed for metalworking operations. This vegetable-based, biodegradable lubricant is non-staining, low odor, and burns off cleanly during post-heat treating processes. It is specifically formulated for machining, cutting, and sawing of aluminum, and is also suitable for other ferrous and nonferrous metals, including titanium. The LB-6000 facilitates moderate to heavy-duty milling, drilling, tapping, and punching operations, reducing the need for flood-type coolants by delivering precise lubrication to the cutting edge. Packaged in a 1-gallon jug, it meets ISO 9001, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200, and HMIS 0/1/0/B standards. Its physical properties include a blue color, mild odor, specific gravity of 0.93, a flash point of 418°F, and a pour point of -40°
