Product Overview
The Taymor 1900 Series Door Closer, model 13-1900BFDAAL, is a non-handed, surface-mounted closer constructed with a die-cast aluminum body and a full rack and pinion mechanism. It provides adjustable closing power from sizes 1 through 6, factory preset to size 3, to accommodate doors up to 48 inches wide and 266 pounds. This ADA-compliant closer features barrier-free operation, adjustable backcheck, and delayed action closing. Designed for universal mounting, it has a narrow 2-7/16 inch projection from the door, a housing length of 11-7/8 inches, and an 11-1/8 inch mounting hole distance. The leak-proof O-ring oil seal ensures reliable performance across temperatures from -42°C to +55°C. It is ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 certified and UL/cUL Listed for use on fire-rated doors, adhering to UL10C positive pressure standards. It includes a 10-year mechanical and 1-year finish warrant
