ADS 1215NP 12" Flared Metal End Section. Steel end sections for HDPE pipe come with a type 2 rod connection that consists of a threaded rod with two flanged nuts. Not only does this provide the pipe inlet and outlet with protection, the metal end sections provide increased hydraulic efficiency to help prevent excess erosion and scour at the inlet and outlet of the pipe.
