BATH FAN 130CFM DUAL MOTION

Integrated motion sensor detects when the room is occupied and turns the fan on. Once the room is vacated, the fan continues to run for a preset amount of time to make sure proper ventilation has occurred. Sensor can be set from 30 s to 80 min. Integrated humidistat senses the humidity level of the room and turns the fan on until the humidity level is below the preset percentage. Humidity level can be set up to 80% relative humidity. Easily installs using the included adjustable hanging brackets.
