The Airmar Technologies B117-DT-BL is a low-profile, bronze thru-hull transducer designed for marine depth and temperature sensing. It features a single, dual-frequency ceramic element operating at 50 kHz and 200 kHz, with a 600W RMS transmit power. The 50 kHz frequency offers a 45° beamwidth and a maximum depth performance of 1200 ft (366 m), while the 200 kHz frequency provides a 12° beamwidth for depths up to 700 ft (213 m). Its nearly-flush design minimizes drag, extending only 5 mm (3/") outside the hull, and requires a 2" (51 mm) hole for installation. This model is optimized for fiberglass or wood hulls with a 0-7 degree deadrise, accommodating up to 12 degrees, and comes with a 33 ft (10 m) cable terminated with an 8-pin Navico Blue connector. The housing is ABYC H-27 compliant.
